This Privacy Policy applies to the CapturedDays mobile app (the "Application"), developed by Ryoko Tamura (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use on an "as is" basis.

Information Collection and Use

  1. While using this Application, certain personally identifiable information, such as diary text and photos, will be saved to a local folder and used solely as diary data for this Application.
  2. This app requests access to your camera or album in order to create a diary. Images taken with the camera and photos selected from the album will only be used as diary data for this app.
  3. The Service Provider does not collect your information, and will not provide it to any third parties.

Right to Opt Out

  1. Uninstalling the Application will delete all information from the Application. Please use the standard uninstallation procedure provided by your mobile device.

Regarding Children

  1. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children or use the Application for marketing purposes.

Changes

  1. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of changes to its Privacy Policy by updating the new Privacy Policy on this page. Your continued use of this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of all changes, so please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
    2. This Privacy Policy is effective as of December 12, 2025.
