This Privacy Policy applies to the OmniNote mobile app (the "Application"), developed by Ryoko Tamura (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use on an "as is" basis.
Information Collection and Use
- This app saves the user's personal information (created text, images) related to the registered items to a local folder. The saved information will only be used as registration data within this app.
- This app will request permission to paste photos after duplicating them from your album.
- The Service Provider does not collect your information, and will not provide it to any third parties.
Right to Opt Out
- Uninstalling the Application will delete all information from the Application. Please use the standard uninstallation procedure provided by your mobile device.
Regarding Children
- The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children or use the Application for marketing purposes.
Changes
- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of changes to its Privacy Policy by updating the new Privacy Policy on this page. Your continued use of this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of all changes, so please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
